Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the Explosoft Smart Home Lotus’s Redemption Campaign (“Campaign”). By participating, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions, including consent under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”).
Eligibility
Open to all customers who spend RM100 or more in a single receipt at any Lotus’s store in Malaysia.
Employees of Explosoft, affiliates, partners, and their immediate family may also participate under the same rules.
Voucher Redemption
Each eligible receipt entitles you to one (1) 20% discount voucher for Explosoft Smart Home products.
Redemption must follow the instructions provided by Explosoft.
Original receipts only — photocopies or reprinted versions will not be accepted.
Voucher Validity
Valid until 31 December 2025.
After the expiry date, the voucher becomes void and will not be extended.
Voucher Usage
Valid only for Explosoft Smart Home products.
Only one voucher per transaction.
Cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers.
Not exchangeable for cash, credit, or other items.
Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced.
General Terms
Explosoft may verify eligibility and reject any redemption that does not comply.
Explosoft reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign and/or these Terms without prior notice.
All decisions made by Explosoft are final and binding.
Explosoft shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this Campaign.
Personal Data Protection (PDPA)
By participating in this Campaign, customers consent to Explosoft International Sdn Bhd (“Explosoft”) collecting, using, and processing their personal data (including name, contact details, and proof of purchase) for the purposes of:
Validating eligibility and voucher redemption, Administering the Campaign, and Communicating promotional updates related to Explosoft products and services.
All personal data will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia) and Explosoft’s Privacy Policy.
Customers may request access, correction, or withdrawal of their personal data by contacting Explosoft directly.
Governing Law
Governed by the laws of Malaysia.
Any disputes will be settled under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
